Pool Attendant
The job of a Swimming Pool Attendant is done for the purpose/s of maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe swimming pool for residents and their guests; monitoring swimming pool chemicals; maintaining required logs when necessary; ensuring availability of equipment and/or supplies; and complying with health and safety requirements. You DO NOT need to be Lifeguard certified for this position.
Lifeguard Instructor

The Lifeguard Instructor Trainer is responsible for assisting management with scheduling, evaluating, and training new and current lifeguard/ lifeguard instructor candidates as well as conducting monthly in-service trainings for Water Watchers lifeguard staff. This position creates and implements all Red Cross Certified course work for the above trainings. The Lifeguard Trainer/ Lifeguard Instructor Trainer is responsible for observing and directing all class participants, providing feedback and appropriate corrections as per Red Cross guidelines and Aquatics Management direction
Certified Lifeguard
A Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring all pool patrons are abiding rules and acting in a safe manner. Lifeguards prevent injury, provide first aid, and help keep the facilities orderly and clean. You will help monitor swimming pool chemicals; maintain required logs when necessary; ensuring availability of equipment and/or supplies; and complying with health and safety requirements. You must be 15+ for this position and be Lifeguard Certified or Willing to obtain your certification.
Swim Instructor
The Swim Instructor’s responsibilities include evaluating each student’s performance during swim sessions and providing feedback, completing attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensuring that all swimming aids and equipment are in good working order. You should also be able to assist students with special needs to socialize with other students. Duties include teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes and water safety rules.
